Maintaining continuity of supply and mitigating supply challenges.</span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><span>This role at our European Headquarters in Dublin, Ireland.</span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><b><span>A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing</span></b></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><b><span>Strategic focus –</span></b> <span>Guides technology strategy to support delivery of regional strategies and plans whilst standardising and automating tactical activities over time.</span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><b><span>Process Optimisation –</span></b> <span>Lead the streamlining of the order to payment process to reduce transaction cost in conjunction with third party procure to pay (P2P) Managed Service Provider (MSP) implementation.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><b><span>Delivery support –</span></b> <span>Strategic stakeholder management with supplier organisations to support delivery of procurement operations purpose.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><b><span>Process Execution –</span></b> <span>Support the establishment and execution of Global standardised procurement processes.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><b><span>Supplier Support – </span></b><span>Manage interactions with key suppliers to resolve issues reactively and mitigate potential areas of risk proactively.</span></span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><b><span>We’re Looking for Someone With</span></b></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>Proven experience within Purchasing and Supply chain.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Previous management experience required with both people management and process management.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Strong technical knowledge, such as a comprehensive understanding of order to pay processes, knowledge of procure to pay technologies, as well as strong ability to lead and delegate within a project or special initiatives.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Strong leadership and behavioural experience, with ability to develop key stakeholder relationships, visionary leader, excellent motivator and a passion for developing a high performing organisation.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Distinctive ability to communication effectively, up and down the organisation.</span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><b><span>What’s Next</span></b></span></span></span></p> <p><br/> <span><span><span><span>After you apply, your application will be reviewed by a real recruiter, so it may take us a few weeks to get back to you by email or phone.
