Anticipation of funding*
Nightwing is seeking an Enterprise IT Training Specialist who will work as part of a small team supporting enterprise-wide training initiatives. This team also provides training and outreach services for classification, compartmentalization, special programs, and information sharing training and education programs throughout the ADO and EDM.
TS/SCI with polygraph required day 1
Duties Include:
Creates and maintains the resources necessary (including but not limited to Training Plans, Training Materials, and User Guides) to ensure the successful training of Sponsor personnel, OGAs, and/or contractors for the following areas: Sponsor Automated Systems, Information Review and Release, Records Information Management Program, and Classification Management as required
Delivers updated User Guides, to include the associated on-line help version, for each release for Sponsor Automated Systems as directed
Provides classroom and individual training as required
Develops training schedule(s), manages enrollment(s), and documents attendance in accordance with Sponsor processes
Provides training to Sponsor and OGAs to include coordination of training dates, locations, and administrative matters
Creates test and production system user accounts for all individuals scheduled to receive training
Prepares necessary data for Sponsor Automated Systems
Conducts training needs assessment(s)
Provides classification training to Sponsor's workforce
Mandatory Requirements:
Knowledge of modern training methodologies and technologies
Experience with classroom/training coordination
Experience with adult learners
Great customer service skills and be able to engage with adult learners
Experience in delivering varying modes of course instruction (in person, CBT, webinar)
Use of COTS training software
BS/BA Degree and 1 + years professional trainer experience or 4 + program equivalent years of professional trainer experience, preferably on site with our government Sponsor.

The salary range for this role is 70,000 USD - 142,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
