THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented individual to join our finance team, which currently consists of two accountants, a controller, a business partner and the head of department, to help us deliver high quality information to our stakeholders as digitally as possible.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Preparation of timely and accurate financial closing activities
- Conduct General Ledger and Sub-Ledger accounting activities
- Own the preparation of the annual statement and contribute to the consolidation activities
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
- Design and enforce accounting processes
- Independently manage accounting process and coordination with the Dr. Oetker Holding
- Develop our invoicing to the next level
- Manage documentation and internal controls for accounting processes
- Gradually take on more responsibility for the training of more junior colleagues
Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Degree in finance or commercial apprenticeship, preferably “Bilanzbuchhalter”
- At least 5 years accounting experience
- Familiar with German GAAP (HGB) and german tax law
- Proficiency with ERP systems (preferred SAP S4 Hana) and financial tools
- Fluent German (C2) and good English skills
