Director, Cybersecurity Technology OperationsWhat does a successful Director of Cybersecurity Technology Operations do at Fiserv?
You will lead a 24x7 global team which supports the delivery, operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the technology operations program within Fiserv’s Global Cybersecurity organization. You will oversee the systems, infrastructure, and operational process that support and enable the cybersecurity mission by providing efficient and resilient technology services.
What you will do:
- Lead teams supporting infrastructure management, service delivery, and operational management within the global cybersecurity organization across multiple disciplines
- Oversee operational excellence for all cybersecurity infrastructure, platforms, and tools ensuring they are highly available, regularly maintained, and functioning optimally
- Oversee lifecycle management of cybersecurity platforms, including patching, vulnerability remediation, configuration management, and upgrades
- Collaborate with cybersecurity engineering and technology operations services to ensure the operational programs align with strategic cybersecurity objectives and support integrations between cybersecurity platforms and enterprise systems while managing infrastructure operations across on-prem and cloud environments
- Maintain redundancy, backup validation, and failover testing to reduce unplanned downtime
- Effectively manage team resources and workflows to consistently meet service delivery goals and maintain team productivity goals and generate clear and concise reports on workstreams that reflect team productivity and analyze trends to drive better results
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline technology operations and meet SLA and KPI targets related to requests, changes, and incident/problem management
- Ensure proper documentation, runbooks, and knowledge management for managed cybersecurity systems and serve as an escalation point for operational issues affecting cybersecurity tools and technology
What you will need to have:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- 6+ years of technical management experience, including at least 3 years of people management experience with IT teams, as part of an enterprise organization
- 5+ years’ experience in technology operations processes within larger enterprise environments and Objective approach to problem solving with a results driven attitude for improvement
- 2+ years’ experience with ticketing processes, workflows, and cross-department collaboration and with cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments
- 1+ year experience in ITIL and service management frameworks, and automation practices.
- Experience with leading high-impact, high-availability operations teams and with metrics development and reporting
- US citizenship for acquiring security clearances required to support high security government systems
- Bachelor’s degree in CyberSecurity, Computer science or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
What would be great to have:
- 1+ years’ experience working in federally regulated environments
- CISSP or other professional cyber certifications desirable

Salary Range
$142,800.00 - $240,600.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
