You’ll work in a fast-paced environment as a key contributor to delivering secure, scalable, and reliable identity solutions. This position demands both strategic vision and hands-on technical expertise to manage and enhance PAM capabilities. Your work will play a critical role in ensuring the security and efficiency of our operations.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Here’s What You’ll Do</span></b></p><p><b><span>Your key responsibilities will be:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Serve as the engineering SME for PAM, managing the CyberArk platform including its configuration, administration, and maintenance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with various teams to translate business needs into PAM solutions and designs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Conduct assessments and facilitate onboarding of accounts into CyberArk following a logical framework.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform application integration assessments and advise on integration options.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyze the PAM environment to identify opportunities for enhancement and implement continuous improvement plans.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute to disaster recovery, capacity planning, and performance monitoring for PAM systems.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Your responsibilities will also include:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Developing and maintaining detailed architecture, standards, and implementation documentation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Creating user documentation and providing relevant training.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partnering with the Cybersecurity and governance teams to align PAM solutions with organizational policies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the IAM strategy effective.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Providing 24x7 support during emergencies and planned maintenance activities.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>The key Moderna Mindsets you’ll need to succeed in the role:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><b><span>We act with urgency:</span></b><span> This role involves responding quickly and effectively to potential risks and operational needs, ensuring high availability and security.</span></p></li><li><p><b><span>We obsess over learning:</span></b><span> As an expert in CyberArk and privileged access, you'll need to stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies to keep Moderna at the forefront of security solutions.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Here’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>BS level technical degree or equivalent experience required; Computer Science or Math background preferred</span></p></li><li><p><span>8+ years in the technology field, with 4-6+ years working in the identity and access management domain</span></p></li><li><p><span>3+ years of experience with CyberArk and Privileged Cloud technologies including hands-on experience with account and safe management, CyberArk administration and configuration, management and troubleshooting of the various CyberArk Privileged Cloud components.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands-on experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies, including implementation and administration of CyberArk’s secret management technologies such as Credential Provider, Secrets Hub and Conjur (Cloud or Enterprise).</span></p></li><li><p><span>This role is expected to be in office 70% of the time with flexibility to work from home up to 30%.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Experience with Privileged Access Management principles, best practices, and technologies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with JIT, Least privileged and dynamic privilege concepts</span
