We do not tolerate harassment or discrimination toward any of our applicants or employees.</p> <p>*We actively encourage individuals with disabilities to apply and will provide reasonable accommodations throughout the recruitment process.</p> <p><strong><span><br/><br/>Purpose &amp; Overall Relevance for the Organisation:</span></strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Be SMSU design internal projects lead for high-profile &amp; large scale projects, plan and mange execution of design related project work.</span></li> <li><span>Take over responsibility for the deliverables of junior team members.</span></li> <li><span>Take a leading role in collaboration with relevant stakeholders: X- Category, X-BU and X-functional.</span></li> <li><span>Manage creation of convincing design concepts for the SMSU assets &amp; events mainly through colour stories and graphic applications</span></li> <li><span>Ownership for multiple sports categories and product types (App, Footwear, ACC and Gear)</span></li> <li><span>Ensure proper product creation on the products offered by the Sports Marketing Service Unit through preparation of colour sketches, graphic designs and design packs based on inline design solutions. </span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>Key Responsibilities: </span></strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Manage multiple sports categories in regard to creative strategy, project planning and on-time execution together with x-functional team.</span></li> <li><span>Handel various number of large-scale projects simultaneously, coordinating and delegating workload within the team.</span></li> <li><span>Coordinate and steer design deliverables on project work, SMSU internally and X-BU.</span></li> <li><span>Manage company wide internal network of design peers from all areas to get support abs influence as needed. </span></li> <li><span>Modify designs of inline ranges considering adidas standards and technical feasibility (e.g. CI, color strategy) to meet internal and external customer needs</span></li> <li><span>Create colour stories for SMSU ranges in accordance with global adidas design direction and customer specific needs </span></li> <li><span>Create customer specific graphic designs and develop inline graphics further according to SMSU needs.</span></li> <li><span>Create professional presentations and mood boards in order to effectively communicate design concepts internally and externally.</span></li> <li><span>Prepare design packs in 2D and 3D and other handover documents according to SMSU modifications.
