About the role
Amazon currently seeks a creative, dynamic and experienced Sr. Fashion Program Manager to join the EU Fashion Marketplace team and help us grow fashion sales in EU while also driving large scale, high visibility projects across many different Amazon teams.
A successful Sr. Fashion Program Manager must be able to work independently, be comfortable with ambiguity, and be able to influence internal/external partners at all levels of the organization. This role will particularly suit someone with strong analytical abilities, very strong communication skills both written and verbal, relationship building skills and superb project management capabilities.

Key job responsibilities
The Sr. Fashion PM will have several key responsibilities within the Seller Services organization:
- Marketplace strategy and ownership: Work closely with the Head of Seller Services on understanding performance trends, defining business strategies and leading initiatives to accelerate growth
- Program management: Partner with business teams to drive scalability of high impact programs within the organization
- Projects: Define and drive pan-EU projects that enhance Sellers and Customer experience
The successful Sr. Fashion PM is able to:
• Dive deep: understand performance drivers, clearly communicate findings, turn insights into plans/actions
• Lead and deliver innovative product/operational initiatives to drive step changes in our selection and seller experience
• Write business documents/reviews and ensure clear communication across multiple stakeholders
• Partner with business teams to drive automation and scalability
• Analyze and solve business problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context
• Be comfortable getting hands dirty to deliver a set of business and customer experience improvement results.
• Become a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to team members
• Create and communicate business plans for new opportunities
• Bring innovative ideas to the table in order to find better ways of accomplishing our customer objectives

• Professional experience including program management, business analytics and/or business consulting
• Outstanding analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to interpret large amounts of data and make sound business judgements and recommendations.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively whilst also executing operationally with high attention to detail and operational excellence
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve ambiguous and highly complex problems, thrive with partial information, manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, manage trade-offs and evaluate new opportunities
• Superior verbal and written communication. Ability to write succinct and compellingly written business proposals and recommendations for senior audiences
• Strong ability to influence and drive alignment among a diverse set of stakeholders and teams globally
• Thrive working in a challenging, fast-paced and high-performance environment
• Well versed in Excel and SQL
