About the role

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to create and refine user interfaces for cutting-edge banking and fintech applications. The ideal candidate will have prior experience designing for digital banking, fintech platforms, or financial services and a strong ability to translate user needs into seamless and engaging interfaces.
Main Responsibilities:

Lead the UX/UI design of banking and fintech applications.
Develop wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive mockups for web and mobile platforms.
Ensure an intuitive and accessible user experience across all financial services interfaces.
Work closely with product teams, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement design solutions.
Apply design thinking methodologies and user research insights to improve usability.
Maintain consistency in UI components, typography, and brand guidelines.
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback from internal and external users.

Requirements

4-5 + years of experience in UX/UI design.
Strong portfolio showcasing experience in banking, fintech, or financial services applications.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe XD.
Experience working in agile teams with developers and product managers.
Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
Knowledge of user research methodologies and data-driven design decisions.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
