About the team

We are looking for a Director or GTM Org Success and People Partners to partner closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and her leadership team to align People Strategies to business priorities. You will have a chance to create an immediate impact through your expertise in organizational design, talent management strategy, and leadership coaching, all while acting as a steward of Miro’s culture.

Supported by a well-established People Team, this person will advise, consult, and support leaders and people managers on all matters to do with the engagement and productivity of their teams.

What you’ll do

  • This role will operate as strategic leader and advisor to leadership teams within GTM 
  • Lead change on both org and talent front, ensure execution and translation of the people strategy within the respective business areas/functions
  • Work on strategies to hire and retain Talent, increase levels of engagement and other key strategies key for organizational success 
  • Lead and drive org and HC/ staff cost planning- understanding the needs of the org based on business plans
  • Influences through data, insights and always start with the problem to be solved
  • They will build together with other functions of the people team to create best experience for Mironeers, building the right/ needed people products 
  • Will coach leaders in any topic related to Org, Talent, People, Performance 
  • Will manage and lead the BP teams to ensure execution of the people strategy/ cycle and coaching to managers

What you'll need

  • We are looking for 10+ years of experience, preferably including in leadership roles 
  • Working in Tech environment is a must, ideally (not must) SaaS included 
  • Worked in an environments where there has been a high degree of change, ambiguity, uncertainty and transformation
  • Excellent operational deployment, the ability to integrate and align, manage stakeholders and implement programs/activities across functions, processes, and teams
  • Able to translate vision and strategy into clear actionable goals, based on the needs of the specific business area
  • Analytical Horsepower to drive outcomes through data and insights. Being data driven 
  • A fast learner and decisive leader with sound judgment and excellent problem solving /critical thinking skills
  • Influential storytelling to elevate insights into decision-making
  • Exceptional influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proven track record of raising leadership awareness and cultivating engagement and accountability across multiple levels (executives through employees).
  • Executive presence with a positive and dynamic management style, combined with emotional maturity (EQ) to effectively drive change and align stakeholders
  • Ability to interface with the Senior Leadership team effectively; comfortable with broad and frank discussions.
  • Being pragmatic and adaptable to the changing needs of the business

The reasonably estimated salary is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations. The range for this role is between $160,000 - $220,000. Included in the total package is an equity component, this may also include variable compensation. Final compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
