Better</p> <h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Lead the product development process from <strong>concept to launch</strong>, working closely with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, and sales)</li> <li>Define and communicate the <strong>product vision</strong> and strategy to ensure alignment with business goals</li> <li>Develop and track <strong>KPIs</strong> to measure the success of products and ensure they meet both user needs and business objectives</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements</li> <li>Create and manage <strong>product roadmaps</strong> and timelines</li> <li>Conduct <strong>market research</strong> and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and identify opportunities for growth</li> <li>Support product marketing in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies</li> <li>Ensure seamless <strong>Agile processes</strong>, helping teams to stay aligned and focused on delivery</li> <li><strong>Mentor and support</strong> junior product managers or team members</li> <li>Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring they are met through the product development process</li> </ul> <h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2> <ul> <li><strong>4-5 years of professional experience</strong> as a <strong>Product Manager</strong></li> <li>Strong experience in defining <strong>product vision</strong>, setting <strong>KPIs</strong>, and developing <strong>roadmaps</strong></li> <li>Proven track record of driving product success through a deep understanding of <strong>product positioning</strong>, <strong>market trends</strong>, and customer insights</li> <li>Experience in <strong>Agile methodologies</strong> and working in an <strong>Agile environment</strong></li> <li>Ability to work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure product alignment and delivery</li> <li>Strong <strong>communication skills</strong> with the ability to present product strategies to senior stakeholders and inspire cross-functional teams</li> <li><strong>Fluent in English</strong> (both written and spoken)</li> <li>Experience working in a <strong>hybrid environment</strong>, with availability to work <strong>2x per week in the office</strong></li> <li>Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform product decisions</li> </ul>
