This role focuses on <strong>Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Agentic AI architectures</strong>, and end-to-end project delivery using platforms such as <strong>UiPath</strong> and modern AI frameworks (e.g., LLM orchestration, autonomous agents, decision engines).</p> <p>The ideal candidate combines strong finance process knowledge with hands-on RPA development experience and practical exposure to AI-driven automation. You will play a key role in transforming financial operations by building scalable, secure, and high-impact automation solutions in close collaboration with Finance, IT, and Data teams.</p> <div><strong>As a Senior Finance Process Automation Analyst, you will:</strong></div> <div><strong>RPA Development & Intelligent Automation</strong></div> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions (e.g., UiPath) to automate core finance processes across R2R and P2P cycles.<br><br></li> <li>Build and enhance AI-driven automation use cases (e.g., intelligent agents, decision support tools) to improve finance operations.<br><br></li> <li>Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize bots to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.<br><br></li> </ul> <div><strong>Process Mapping & Continuous Improvement</strong></div> <ul> <li>Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and translate them into automation opportunities.<br><br></li> <li>Map, analyze, and redesign processes to enable standardization and <strong>automation-first ways of working</strong>.<br><br></li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving efficiency and reducing manual effort across finance workfl
