In Operations, you'll be part of the team that turns dreams into reality. You'll have the opportunity to amaze customers and be revolutionary - "Todos Juntos".Our team consists of all exciting fields of Operations including Fulfilment, Delivery, Supply Chain Design and Operations Strategy. We are truly global, with strong presence in all global regions including Porto, London, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Moscow, Sao Paulo, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. PORTO
Our Porto office is located in Portugal's vibrant second city, known for its history and its creative yet cosy environment. You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano during your lunch break!
THE ROLE
As part of the Logistics department, you will be a key player in our mission to deliver an unrivaled experience to our customers all around the world. Deep understanding of the latest trends in e-commerce supply chain operations, international trade and B2C customer experience. This role will cover a range of tasks and suits someone with experience in complex project environments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Be a key contributor for the success of Supply chain projects with company-wide impact by using your experience in project management and working with different stakeholders solving complex tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Be the liaison between Delivery team and multiple different internal and external stakeholders by connecting and working together with them to ensure alignment and successful delivery of new projects;
• Will have end-to-end visibility of the impacts and dependencies of new delivery projects, from tech, finance, operations and customer experience;
• Will work together with the delivery specialists and analysts to set up the best solutions whilst keeping all the work streams and impacted areas aligned and working towards delivering projects in a timely manner timelines;
• Establish and proactively communicate clear timelines, progress of the projects, making clear all the deliverables, dependencies  milestones and responsibilities, anticipating roadblocks and escalating to senior management whenever required.

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree in Management, Economics or Engineering;
• 5+ years of proven experience working in complex project environments;
• Business-oriented, with experience in operations, retail or omnichannel positions in E-Commerce;
• Experienced in managing internal and external stakeholders;
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, respond to work with urgency and understand deadlines;
• Comfortable leading cross-functional workstreams in a fast-paced environment;
• Have strong communication skills: well-constructed emails, PowerPoint presentations, reports;
• Fluent in English - both written and verbal (mandatory);
• International and open-minded attitude, being ready to work in a multicultural and inclusive environment;
• Have a professional attitude, eye for detail and risk assessments, with pride in the quality of work delivered.
