Job Description

Being on this position you will be responsible for: 

1. Requirements engineering for all relevant Master Data classes of determined End to End process chain:

• Based on process design, derive Master Data requirements based on given requirements process & tool set;
• Align requirements with relevant parties in the process & Master Data Management organization (Master Data Owners, Process Mangers, other EMDRs);
• Support Master Data Owner representative in solution concepts ensuring both business requirements are met and Master Data standard solutions are used;
• Support process IT development and testing with definition and provisioning of required master data;

2. Connecting process and Master Data Management organization:

• Represent the End to End processes (Order to Cash, Source to Pay..) and its requirements within the Master Data Management project;
• Represent the Master data organization and its standards within the process design project;
• Drive Master Data Management change impact and Business Change impact out of requirements;

Qualifications

• Bachelor Diploma in Business, Economics, IT or similar;
• Know-How and experience in Master Data Management (ideally in the respective process area) incl. IT processes and solutions;
• Process management understanding;
• Advanced SAP system knowledge (SAP R/3, ideally S/4HANA);
• Language skills: English - advanced level;
• Analytic skills paired with communication skills;
• Dedication to develop and align new solutions and drive their implementation;
• Strong collaborative skills and assertiveness;
• Willingness to travel (30-40%);
• Willingness to be part of this project for 2 years (limited contract period).
