Aurora hires talented people with diverse backgrounds who are ready to help build a transportation ecosystem that will make our roads safer, get crucial goods where they need to go, and make mobility more efficient and accessible for all. We’re searching for a Service, Maintenance, and Roadside Assistance Delivery Manager to join Aurora’s Service Delivery team. 

In this role, you will

• Design the strategy for our Service and Maintenance product in addition to Roadside Assistance including how to navigate both the challenges and opportunities related to fully autonomous operations.
• This strategy will include what services are offered where and by whom, in order to enable Aurora to both achieve our key commercial launch timelines and prepare for scaling, with a keen eye towards enabling high up time at the right cost.
• Partner deeply with key stakeholders in Operations, Business Development, HW Engineering, and our Vehicle team to execute that strategy.
• Track progress, identify success metrics, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to upper management and product stakeholders.
• Inform tracking of key data and metrics that inform the overall performance of the Service and Maintenance product, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gain a detailed understanding of the various internal stakeholders both directly involved with and impacted by Service and Maintenance: Business Development, Beacon, Asset Management, VRE, SEO, Vehicle Ops, Ops Strategy and Analytics, Vehicle, and Supply Chain.

 Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics and/or service and maintenance.
• Direct, measurable impact through the design, development, and execution of strategy.
• Solid leadership experience with cross-functional teams in service of a large workstream.
• Aptitude as a product owner or product manager.
• Experience working with Engineers to design/build a system.

   Desirable Qualifications 

• High level of comfort working in ambiguity. Must be able to define the unknown, create structure and manage change.

#Mid-Senior

The base salary range for this position is $120,000.00-$192,000.00 per year.  Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.
