The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Assistant Regional Service Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Organizing and structuring service center operations by staffing, training, developing, evaluating, and rewarding service center personnel to ensure high levels of productivity and customer service

  • Supporting the recruitment and hiring of team members who align with company culture and contribute to organizational success while minimizing turnover

  • Executing territory-wide communications to ensure awareness and understanding of key company, department, location, policy, and procedure updates

  • Partnering with territory sales managers and corporate support teams to meet customer needs, proactively manage customer relationships, and provide customer-focused solutions that ensure consistent and reliable field service performance across the assigned territory

  • Overseeing the execution of process improvements to achieve organizational objectives and improve key performance indicator (KPI) targets

  • Driving best practice identification, knowledge sharing, team learning, and improved performance across the territory

  • Determining local execution plans to deploy resources and manage Solventum’s rental assets and supply inventories in accordance with Solventum quality management protocols, ensuring product availability and reliability across all territory locations to support daily customer demands

  • Engaging and empowering team members to provide solutions that drive customer satisfaction and improve the customer experience

  • Performing annual employee competency validations through on-site visits and travel with employees while serving customers and patients

  • Managing the service center fleet vehicle program to ensure appropriate utilization of equipment, sound vehicle safety practices, and execution of general maintenance protocols

  • Maintaining knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory requirements and ensuring a fully compliant distribution network through adherence to internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements

  • Ensuring a safe, orderly, and clean working environment across all territory locations

Company Vehicle

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution and four (4) years of experience managing diverse teams across multiple locations
