Job Summary

The Renewals Sales Support Specialist (RSS) is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on driving the engine of our North American renewal business. Reporting to the Renewals Sales Support Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of subscription and support renewal quotes, with a specific emphasis on driving high-velocity, "longtail" commercial sales.

As an RSS Specialist, you are the backbone of our programmatic renewal model. You will not only manage high-volume quoting but also serve as a strategic partner to our channel ecosystem, ensuring on-time renewals and helping to scale our reach through efficiency and accuracy. This role serves as a critical talent pipeline for the broader Renewals organization, offering the opportunity to provide territory coverage and step into expanded sales responsibilities as needed.

Your Impact

  • Quoting Execution & Strategy: Own the daily creation and administration of accurate subscription and support renewal quotes. Partner with inside/field sales and distributors to ensure quotes are delivered 90–120 days prior to expiration.

  • Longtail Sales Drive: Proactively manage and follow up on high-velocity commercial renewals to increase on-time renewal rates and minimize churn.

  • Channel Enablement: Act as a primary point of contact for channel partners; provide them with upcoming renewal reports and visibility into their install base to drive partner-led growth.

  • Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain a source of truth by ensuring all installed customer base and service contract information is accurate in Salesforce.com (SFDC) and SAP. Document detailed notes and quote revisions to ensure a seamless audit trail.

  • Process Optimization: Identify system bottlenecks or quoting discrepancies and work with the Manager to implement "Playbook" improvements. Serve as a first line of defense in resolving complex quoting issues.

  • Agile Support: Provide "bridge" support for the wider renewals team, stepping in to manage territory coverage during vacancies or leaves of absence to ensure zero lapse in customer service.

  • Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with Operations, IT, and Asset Management teams to handle credit requests and asset transfers, ensuring the sales motion remains fluid.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, quoting, renewals, or a channel support environment, new graduates welcomed

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) and SAP (specifically the Sales & Distribution module) or similar ERP systems.

  • Operational Excellence: Proven ability to manage high volumes of data with extreme attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication; comfortable articulating complex renewal licensing models to internal sales teams and external partners.

  • Adaptability: A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and is comfortable with evolving processes.

  • Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and explain complex cybersecurity product offerings, subscriptions, and renewal licensing models.
