Job Overview

This role serves as a project and program leader within the Connected Living Solutions (CLS) organization, reporting to the PMO Leader and acting as a strategic and operational partner to the leadership team. 
The Project Manager V drives execution of strategic initiatives through standardized project management methodologies, strong governance, and cross-functional alignment. This role ensures delivery against business objectives, including revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
Project / Program Leadership
•    Lead a portfolio of cross-functional programs and projects 
•    Accountable for project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality 
•    Define project objectives, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with business goals 
•    Monitor and control program performance; escalate risks and drive mitigation actions 
•    Lead delivery of initiatives, ensuring measurable business outcomes

Strategic Planning & Business Operations
•    Take direction from and partner with the PMO Leader and leadership team to drive execution of key business priorities 
•    Prepare executive-level communications, including reports, dashboards, and presentations 
•    Facilitate leadership cadence, including operating reviews and governance forums

Cross-Functional Leadership
•    Drive alignment across Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Business Development 
•    Influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization without direct authority 
•    Lead cross-functional problem solving and decision-making sessions 
•    Act as a liaison between leadership and key stakeholders to ensure execution of decisions

Continuous Improvement
•    Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and execution 
•    Drive adoption of Lean / TEOA principles and project management best practices 
•    Lead initiatives to improve PMO maturity, tools, and ways of working 
•    Support change management and transformation initiatives 

Job Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred 
•    Typically requires: 
o    10+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 
o    8+ years with a Master’s degree 
•    3+ years of experience leading large, complex programs or PMO functions 
•    Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (planning, execution, monitoring, governance) 
•    Experience leading cross-functional, global projects 
•    Lean Six Sigma knowledge preferred; certification a plus 
•    PMP certification preferred 
•    Experience in commercial or customer-facing organizations preferred
