The ideal candidate would have experience onboarding new customers and implementing infrastructure, database, and application technologies. This individual will be responsible for implementing multiple solutions which may lead to a few complex projects and / or multiple smaller unrelated projects. Responsibilities include all areas of project management including project scope, schedule, costs, resource utilization, deliverable quality, and risk/issue resolution. The role requires working with interdepartmental teams to successfully complete project objectives.
Location: This position will be remote. Candidate may work where they live anywhere in the United States.
Travel Requirements: Candidate would need flexibility to travel about 10% of the time, if necessary

Responsibilities:
- Manage and successfully implement projects in a managed/professional services environment
- Provide customers a smooth onboarding experience during the entire lifecycle of the project
- Set and understand project scope, objectives, and customer expectations
- Lead project kick-off meetings with customers and internal project meetings
- Develop and manage detailed project plan
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Oversee and coordinate multiple teams/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Provide project teams with ongoing work direction to drive accountability
- Identify any gaps and work with internal team and customer to resolve project constraints
- Identify project changes; evaluate impact to overall project commitments, evaluate and present options, work with designated stakeholders to obtain required approvals, and implement approved changes
- Identify project risks and work with cross-functional teams to institute mitigation plans
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (action items, issues, changes, risks, etc.)
- Prepare and provide weekly, monthly, key milestone updates for customer throughout implementation
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to implement the project solution on time
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Provide consistent project updates to various stakeholders, including executives, VP-level and C-suite leadership
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Utilize core project and implementation management processes for the successful delivery of Navisite Services
- Follow corporate security and compliance requirements
- Seek opportunities to increase efficiency, improve processes, and provide feedback to leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, with preferred areas of study in information technology, project management, organizational communication, or another related field
- 5+ years’ experience in Project Management, IT Technical Support Management, or IT Account Management
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure projects (AWS, Azure, or any other cloud technology) required
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation experience preferred
- General knowledge of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Preferred experience in public cloud computing, managed hosting, Windows/Unix environments, databases, SAN/storage, disaster recovery, security, enterprise applications, and messaging
- Excellent organizational, planning, problem solving and project management skills
- Excellent demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and energy
- Self-motivated, excellent work ethic, goal oriented and strong team player
- Strong written and oral communication skills
