What You’ll Be Doing:

Evolent is recruiting a Senior Analyst to join our Solution Strategy & New Product Development team.  The Solution Strategy team is a centralized product strategy and innovation group responsible for ensuring that Evolent delivers impactful, distinctive solutions that create market-leading value for our customers. We conduct market research and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to set the strategic direction for specialty solutions, incubate and launch new products, and enable partnership development and growth.

Collaboration Opportunities for the Senior Analyst role include:

Contributing to the company’s product vision in defined areas

• Conduct market research to understand customer priorities and unmet needs
• Assess the competitive landscape and market dynamics
• Complete qualitative and quantitative analyses to generate market insights
• Synthesize insights to inform an enterprise-wide point of view on market opportunity
• Create clear, compelling market-facing and internal collateral to communicate the vision

Supporting the company’s near-term growth priorities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the scope and business models of existing offerings; identify opportunities to strengthen the value proposition and positioning
• Create market-facing and internal collateral effectively describing the features of product offerings
• Use product subject matter expertise to support successful business development and partnership growth

Enabling product innovation

• Conduct analyses to inform build/buy/partner decisions for prioritized opportunities
• Contribute thought leadership to ideate, define, and validate potential product concepts
• Collaborate with operational and technical teams to support the design and deployment of new solutions
• Plan for successful new product launch, including pilot partner recruitment

Qualifications Required and Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (Required)
• At least 3+ years of professional experience (Preferred)
• Previous experience in health care in a related capacity (e.g., may include strategy, growth, innovation, management, operations, research, etc.) (Preferred)
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and creativity (Required)

• Resourcefulness – ability to procure detailed data and information (Required)
