Coordinator, Production

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:   

Assist the Inventory Control Coordinator with job packet preparation and day-to-day support tasks. 

Participate in finished goods inventory counts and perform inventory searches as needed. 

Relieve inventory in the system following product shipment. 

Accurately enter inventory and production data into the system. 

Support production team members with clocking in/out issues or corrections. 

Learn and assist with scanning work orders into the system. 

Begin to support basic reporting tasks to assist other departments. 

Collaborate with other team members to maintain accurate records and smooth production flow. 

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling production or inventory data. 

EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE:  

Knowledge of online computer systems and PC based computer programs  

Knowledge in ERP Systems  

Microsoft Office 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. 

1–2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or inventory support role (manufacturing experience a plus). 

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
