About the role

Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our US Oncology OCAR (Organized Customer Access and Reimbursement) Team to lead the development and execution of life cycle management and access strategies across our Company's portfolio.  The role is to optimize access while maximizing revenue over key milestones and market events.  This is a highly visible and strategic role that reports into the Executive Director, Oncology Market Access In-Line Products with an opportunity for increasing scope of responsibility as the role’s remit evolves. 

The Director US Oncology Payer Marketing - LCM/LOE (Life Cycle Management/Loss of Exclusivity) will work closely with many stakeholders including US payer marketing teams, IAM (Integrated Account Management), Federal pricing, Finance, Commercial legal, Oncology brand teams and policy.  The role will assess the opportunities and challenges to the portfolio over a long-term horizon that includes key market and lifecycle events.  Some of these include a potential new formulation, external policy and macro competitor changes as well as LOE.  This position is based out of the Upper Gwynedd, PA site.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (required), MBA or MS/PhD (preferred).

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial roles, with expertise in marketing, access, and insights.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to influence without authority and successfully collaborate with business partners across the organization.

  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time, including some weekends.

 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Prior commercial experience in late lifecycle planning and/or biosimilars.

  • Previous experience in the field of oncology.

  • Top-tier consulting experience, preferably in a strategic or commercial role.
