We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Program Lead to join our team (known internally as Lead, Technology Solutions). The Technology Program Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, strategy, and business stakeholders to support key AI initiatives. The Technology Program Lead should be independent, detail oriented, collaborative, and able to adapt to changing needs.

Job Description

The Technology Program Lead is a key team member on the Enterprise AI team, supporting key AI initiatives and programs across Humana.  The Technology Program Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. Projects could include supporting AI or data science initiatives and programs. This associate will need to be delivery-focused, willing to wear multiple hats to ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on AI program/initiative strategy and roadmap
• Work with stakeholders to identify pain points, challenges and/or inefficiencies; identify and align stakeholders on potential solutions; drive the solutions
• Drive alignment towards program/initiative goals
• Help breakthrough roadblocks, resolve issues and escalate where needed to be a champion for the AI initiatives or program
• Support leadership presentations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in program management, change management, product management, technology operations or strategy
• Advanced facilitation, influencing, and relationship management skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Experience launching and/or managing large-scale products or programs
• Experience in large organizations
• Detailed oriented, conscientious, proactive and curious

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in AI, Generative AI, data science, ML engineering, software engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, edu
