About Us:

Haxtun Health isn't just a hospital; it's a cornerstone of our community. We're a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital, a network of Primary Care Clinics, and a provider of vital long-term, rehabilitation, and specialty care services. As one of the region's largest employers, we're deeply invested in the well-being of our community. And we're growing! We recently opened a state-of-the-art 10,000 square foot facility to enhance our Family Practice Clinic, Wellness and Rehabilitation, and Retail Pharmacy services.

Your Mission:

As our CEO, you'll be the driving force behind our mission to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. You'll:

Lead with Vision: Oversee all hospital operations, ensuring seamless, efficient, and patient-centered care.
Build Community Bridges: Foster strong, trusting relationships with our community, understanding and addressing their healthcare needs.
Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and implement plans that ensure our long-term viability and prosperity.
Champion Quality: Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and continuously improve our healthcare services.
Empower Our Team: Lead and mentor our dedicated staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Financial Stewardship: Manage the district’s finances, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability.

What You Bring:

A Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience as a CEO or COO in a healthcare setting.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
A passion for rural healthcare and community engagement.
A strong understanding of Critical Access Hospital operations (preferred).
FACHE Fellowship (Preferred)
