We are looking for a highly motivated Principal Training Specialist to support the Coronary and Renal Denervation (CRDN) business in the US. Become part of a dynamic team responsible for training and educating our sales, clinical specialist and market development teams in the fields of Coronary, Renal Denervation, and CathWorks, some of the most exciting and fastest growing areas of medical technology. Use your creativity and passion to lead innovation in the development and advancement of training and education to bring life-changing therapy to thousands of patients worldwide.
The Training Specialist will operate under the Training Program Manager and partner with Training Team counterparts to help coordinate in-house product training programs for field personnel.
A Day in the Life:
Works with internal partners to ensure marketing and demo product are available to meet field needs.
Leads the new hire onboarding process for sales, clinical, and market development specialist training activities, including managing our utilization of field trainers.
Partners with training managers and meeting planner team to manage agenda, logistics etc. for in-person new hire training and advanced sales training.
Works with manager to identify quarterly development opportunities including training projects e.g. partnering with training managers to develop and execute online training modules; partner with training managers to execute in-person training etc.
Anticipates, identifies, and resolves high-level problems associated with completing projects and executing programs.
Ability to comprehend, build and maintain therapy and clinical expertise.
Ability to adjust swiftly to shifting priorities to satisfy business requirements.
Travels up to 25%
Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of experience in training, sales, sales support, cath lab, marketing or worked as a clinical specialist. Or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree.
