Director of Product & Operations - THREE

Responsibilities

• Operate as principal Product Manager and Product Owner for technology supporting our operations, in collaboration with Engineering and business units.
  • Prioritize feature requests by impact, balancing dimensions of customer satisfaction, underwriting accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance.
  • Use domain knowledge to translate high-level objectives into concrete requirements, ensuring that we adapt business processes to minimize technical complexity when appropriate.
  • Apply sound judgement to determine when external expertise is required, be persistent in gathering needed input, and maintain accountability for validating its accuracy.

• Lead planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives spanning the entire business, including marketing, sales, operations, technology, portfolio steering, and talent management.
  • Translate project objectives into concrete milestones and deliverables.
  • Be principally responsible and accountable for delivery, in collaboration with functional experts and support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of varied experience and broad domain knowledge across core P&C functional areas (underwriting, marketing, finance/actuarial, claims)
• Quantitative mindset, highly analytical.
• Opinionated and decisive.
• Attention to detail.
• Operates with sense of urgency.
• Exceptional communication.
