You are a lead generating machine!  As a Business Development Representative at Assembly Software, you have a competitive nature and love to win. You get to the decision makers and are a master at asking the right questions. Colleagues often come to you for advice because you are an expert when it comes to overcoming objections.  You are well organized and leverage Salesforce (or other CRM software) to increase your efficiency and effectiveness at managing prospect records. 

You have a unique and professional way of communicating and understanding your clients’ needs. You are articulate and persuasive, and your positive attitude, high energy, and drive are contagious and make you an invaluable part of the team.  You pride yourself on your product knowledge and have a clear understanding of how potential clients will use it and how it will benefit them.

You are known for bringing teams together cross-functionally and have a knack for building high trust relationships. Your natural communication approach is one that effectively, respectfully, and inclusively builds a sense of belonging among employees who differ from one another.
