Summary

The Product Engineer Manager is responsible for leading a team in providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products. This role involves strategic oversight of the product engineering team, ensuring effective customer solutions and technical support

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the product engineering team in assessing customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications.
• Oversee the analysis of customer information to formulate Functional Specifications and Design projects.
• Manage and define the project scope, vision of success, stakeholder requirements, and resource allocation.
• Direct a multi-disciplined team and serve as a liaison between IT Managers, development staff, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure product applications/solutions function according to specifications and provide consultation to prospective users.
• Drive the development of new digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least five years of hands-on leadership experience in customer/technical support.
•  Experience in Account Management or Sales in a technology-related environment.
• Familiarity with B2B or print-related e-commerce applications is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with presenting technology solutions.

Must be able to perform the essential job duties.  Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each work day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
