Join Philips Sleep & Respiratory Care (S&RC) as an Analyst in Logistics & Distribution, where you'll ensure accurate and efficient invoice-to-payment processing within the Integrated Supply Chain, implement control frameworks, conduct audits, and provide impactful financial analysis while collaborating to resolve billing issues and manage carrier payables.
Your role:
Process Ownership & Optimization: Fully manage the end-to-end Invoice-to-Payment process for Logistics & Distribution to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance, including comprehensive invoice management, diligent audit and control oversight, and proactive resolution of discrepancies.
System & Vendor Management: Administer and optimize the freight audit and payment system to streamline operations, while fostering strong, collaborative relationships with logistics vendors for effective communication and problem-solving.
Contract Compliance & Workflow Management: Accurately interpret and apply complex freight payment procedures and carrier pricing contracts to ensure correct billing and efficiently manage invoice queues to ensure timely processing and transmission.
Issue Resolution & Data Analysis: Investigate billing issues to provide clear solutions and conduct thorough financial analyses to present data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
Project Participation: Engage in financial and operational projects using analytical, statistical, and computer modeling techniques to support departmental initiatives and recommendations.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 4+ years of experience demonstrating a strong foundation in financial operations, billing, or invoicing processes or you have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Your skills include exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to clearly articulate complex financial information, resolve discrepancies, and effectively influence outcomes with both internal teams and external vendors.
You have demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective, strategic working relationships with diverse stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
You have meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring the integrity of financial data and processes; superior organizational skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities and prioritize workload to consistently meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis); experience with SAP or other large-scale ERP systems is a plus.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
