Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $87,200.00  to $145,300.00.

Position Details

The Senior Analyst, Private Label leads the efforts associated with the on-time launching of new products to Grainger.com and supports ongoing operational processes such as Category Review, product launch activities, and assortment updates. Leveraging advanced analytical skills, this role addresses complex questions related to product performance, customer experience, and merchandising effectiveness, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. This role participates in continuous improvement initiatives to deliver best in class product assortment and online customer experiences.

 

You will report to the Senior Manager, Private Label Strategy.

 

This is a hybrid role that is based in Lake Forest or Chicago.

• Deliver on-time product and category launches by executing aligned new product introduction tickets (NPIs), supporting launch activities, and managing the category review schedule.
• Evaluate all aligned Decision to Sell (DTS) requests for category relevancy and customer need.
• Help maintain an optimal assortment by evaluating all growing non-core to core SKUs and assessing sales and customer satisfaction for currently merchandised SKUs
