YOUR ROLE

Related to the development of road transport department in Arad Operational Agency, CEVA Logistics Romania is currently looking for an Operational Flow Agent.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Checking the trucks positioning in traffic and communicating it to the manager;
• Daily checking and reporting in IT tools the status of the shipments in transit;
• Weekly reporting of the situation of the followed transports;
• Input the transport orders in the IT program of following and tracking the transports;
• Communicates with suppliers and customers (mainly by e-mail).
• Gathering data for performance indicators (KPI);
• Adding and/or updating the carrier database;
• Operational process (SOP) update for clients;
• Operational support (data update in Transport Management System (TMS), Track and Trace, other IT systems).

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Minimum experience in the transportation field or in a transport/logistics department/ automotive production company is an advantage;
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and skills to negotiate with suppliers and clients;
• Flexibility, open-minded, initiative and problem solving orientation;
• Strong analytical thinking, oriented towards results;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments;
• Good knowledge of English language;
• Experience in working with different TMS is an advantage;
• Good computer skills: MS Office (MS Excel), Internet.
