The Role

Introduction
Kyndryl spun off from IBM in November 2021, instantly becoming the largest infrastructure services provider in the world with many of the Fortune 500 already among its clients.  But we don’t want to be JUST an infrastructure services provider, we want and need to find innovative ways to do more for those clients.  With that in mind, we have been aggressively expanding our consulting ranks in innovative areas like cloud computing, software development, and data.  This expanded consulting team will work with new and existing clients to help them achieve more.

Responsibilities

Process Framework & Governance:

  • Define and maintain the standards, taxonomy, and hierarchy of enterprise business processes down to the workflow level
  • Develop and implement governing framework in SAP Signavio for modeling and document management
  • Collaborate with Business Case and Capability Leads to efficiently integrate the process, capability and application frameworks for a cohesive view of process dependencies and gaps across the IT ecosystem
  • Socialize process framework and showcase scalability across multiple functions to onboard CIO teams to SAP Signavio
  • Define migration plans to transform and ingest critical processes from any sunsetting legacy systems

Modeling Standards & Best Practices:

  • Establish process metadata and artifact standards that support the key objectives of the IT4IT value stream, specifically around maintaining value in our IT ecosystem
  • Provide standards, best practices and recommendations for business process optimization and workflow analysis, working with technical teams to identify potential areas of value for automation or AI solutioning
  • Create artifacts including templates, RFCs and runbooks on documentation of target state processes for an audience with diverse backgrounds

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business architecture, process modeling, BPM, process analysis/ improvement or other relevant area
  • Knowledge and understanding of standard front and back office processes such as Lead to Cash, Record to Report, Hire to Retire, etc.
  • Familiarity with The Open Group's Enterprise Architecture frameworks, such as IT4IT, TOGAF, or ArchiMate
  • Proficient understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes, and the tools and techniques to model and document them
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and influence decision-making

Preferred Experience:

  • MBA or other relevant graduate degree
  • Familiarity with and Enterprise/ Business Architecture tools such as Signavio and LeanIX
  • Hands-on experience documenting standard enterprise processes in large enterprises (ie. Lead to Cash, Hire to Retire, Record to Report)
  • Certification in business architecture, business analysis, or business process management (ie. Certified Business Process Professional)
  • Experience with business process transformation within the scope of Automation and Applied AI

If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position is 

 $102,390  to $233,450  based on a full-time schedule.  Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.  For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities.  For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Shared Success plan.
