The Role

We are seeking an experienced Deskside Support Technician to join our team for a government contract in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This role involves managing all devices and assets in the shipping (depot) area, including laptops, desktops and pc peripherals, and ensuring their efficient distribution to end users. The position requires a dedicated professional who can handle the shipping and receiving of all assets and manage the asset lifecycle effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the shipping and receiving of all IT assets, including laptops and desktops.

• Manage the asset lifecycle, ensuring all devices are tracked and accounted for.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely distribution of assets to end users.

• Maintain accurate records of all assets and their status.

• Ensure compliance with ITAR restrictions and Department of Defense contractor

Who You Are

• 2-5 years of experience in IT asset management, asset management, and deskside support

• Experience working with confidential information and contract management

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work onsite in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

• Must be a U.S. citizen and reside in the U.S.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $43,080 to $77,400based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.  For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California:$47,280 to $92,760 

Colorado: $43,080 to $77,400 

New York City: $51,600 to $92,760 

Washington: $47,280 to $84,960 

Washington DC:$47,280 to $84,960 

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.  Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
