Play a role in on-time delivery to customers
As a Field Operational Support, you will be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site or property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products.
As a Field Operational Support, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring records are accurate for Field Service Engineers recorded and actual hours.
Maintaining accurate and current records of all Field Service Engineers training and High-Risk Work (HRW) Licenses.
Maintaining sufficient stocks of PPE for Field Service Engineers.
Reviewing and process timesheets within the payroll system and ensuring timely payout.
Assisting team members in booking complex flight itineraries that are aligned with country, site and local travel restrictions and accommodation limitations.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree with an accredited institution or demonstrate related field or equivalent experience.
Demonstrate an ability to communicate professionally at all levels, lead meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders
Be a good team player, enjoy collaborating and solving problems with others
