Senior Presales/Solutions Architect

At Jolera, we treat each MSP partner with specialized care and uniquely organize our products for your individual business needs.<br/><strong><u>Who You Are</u></strong><br/>We are seeking a highly skilled <strong>Senior Presales/Solutions Architect </strong>with extensive expertise in cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the latest security technologies and practices, and significant experience in designing, architecting, and presenting enterprise-level security solutions to clients. This individual will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, propose technical solutions, and ensure a successful implementation of cybersecurity strategies<br/><strong><u>What You Will Do</u></strong><br/>-Lead presales engagements by gathering customer requirements and translating them into detailed cybersecurity solutions.<br/>-Develop and deliver comprehensive solution proposals, technical designs, and presentations.<br/>-Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and respond to RFPs and RFIs.<br/>-Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development, etc.) to ensure alignment of customer requirements with proposed solutions.<br/>-Act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) in client meetings and during the sales cycle.<br/>-Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.<br/>-Participate in strategic client discussions, contributing to long-term cybersecurity roadmaps.<br/><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong><br/>-5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a presales or solutions architect role.<br/>-Expertise in cybersecurity domains, including network security, endpoint security, cloud security, data protection, identity &amp; access management, and compliance.<br/>knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).<br/>-Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.<br/>-Hands-on experience with security tools, technologies, and vendors (firewalls, SIEM, DLP, etc.).<br/>-Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.<br/>-Relevant industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.) are strongly preferred.<br/><strong><u>What We Offer</u></strong>-Working in the office.-Competitive compensation package-Competitive benefits package-Company Perks, Good Life gym, and various brand discounts-Company events, recognitions, and celebrations-Career development and growth opportunities
