As part of a global team, you will </span><span>interact with the engineering community across </span><span>all</span><span> </span><span>our </span><span>factories worldwide.</span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><p><span>This is a remote working role, based anywhere in the world. Some international travelling is required.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span><span>Your responsibilities</span></span><span> </span></b></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Electrical </span><span>design optimization of must-win tenders and frame agreements</span><span>, meeting customer specification and internal rules</span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Electrical </span><span>design reviews for critical designs, </span><span>validation of</span><span> the different solutions.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Work </span><span>on strategic initiatives in close collaboration with global engineering function</span><span>, which may include </span><span>special design</span><span> investigations, </span><span>documentation,</span><span> and preparation of </span><span>technical </span><span>guidelines.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Support the development and deployment of our design </span><span>tools.</span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Support the engineering community</span><span>, contributing to </span><span>spread</span><span> </span><span>the knowledge</span><span> across </span><span>different </span><span>locations</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span><span>Your background</span></span><span> </span></b></p><ul><li><p><span><span>You have a </span><span>University</span><span> </span><span>bachelor </span><span>degree </span><span>of </span><span>Electrical Engineering </span><span>and </span><span>minimum</span><span> 5 years’ experience in electrical design of </span><span>power transformers </span><span>and shunt reactors</span><span>.</span><span> D</span><span>esign experience in rectifier and industrial transformers is preferable</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Familiarity with international standards such as IEC, IEEE, and others </span><span>pertaining to</span><span> power transformers is highly desirable.
