Our team of Shippians comprises 28 different nationalities, speaking a total of 24 languages.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Senior Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring a variety of programs and campaigns intended to create awareness of our company and solutions, generate leads, enable our Southern Europe sales force with compelling materials and content assets, and establish Shippeo as the leader in Transportation Real-time visibility in the Southern Europe region. </p><p>Your marketing knowledge and experience, combined with your project management skills and attention to detail, will help Shippeo to influence and fully engage with our target buyers – supply chain, logistics, transportation management, and IT decision makers at mid-sized and large enterprises in the Southern Europe region.</p><p>Some of your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Design the marketing strategy plan in Southern European markets and implement the tactical plan to support revenue objectives</li><li>Drive and execute marketing local campaigns across vertical industries, measuring and tracking their effectiveness</li><li>Plan, execute, and measure the impact of local/regional events (physical and digital events)</li><li>Ensure marketing activities are in line with the global marketing strategy, localizing as required, and utilizing materials and knowledge from other regions to optimize the marketing spend in the Southern Europe region</li><li>Ensure the quality of the prospect database to help us reach out to the right audience</li><li>Act as a local contact to Southern Europe media outlets, coordinating with PR (PR freelancers, sponsorships, advertisements, press releases, articles, etc.)</li><li>Animate social media dedicated to the Southern Europe region</li><li>Localize collateral and other marketing materials</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Ideal profile:</strong></p><ul><li>A Bachelor’s or Master's degree, with a specialization in Marketing</li><li>4/6 years experience working in a marketing position in a B2B environment preferably at a software company</li><li>Perfect writing skills and strong attention to detail</li><li>Fluent in French and English, Italian is a big plus</li><li>Self-starter with a hunger to quickly learn and implement marketing campaigns</li><li>Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Our values</strong></p><p>We are looking for talents who share our values:</p><ul><li>🚀<em> </em><strong>Ambition: </strong>we don't give up any challenge for Shippeo to become a global leader</li><li>👫<strong>Team-spirit: </strong>we foster teamwork with respect in a relaxed atmosphere</li><li><strong>🤝 Commitment: </strong>we are demanding in order to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction</li><li><strong>😌 Simplicity: </strong>we<strong> </strong>stay simple in our behavior and their product</li></ul><p>If you identify with our values and enjoy working in a fast-paced and international environment, Shippeo is just the place for you!</p><p><strong>Would you like to discover more?
