HR | business administration internship: support the human resources & organization team

Introduction

As part of the Human Resource & Organization (HR&O) team, you'll support key areas like Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and International Mobility. Our HR&O team for the Business Lines EUV, DUV, and Applications helps drive innovation by enabling our people to grow and succeed.
 

Your assignment

You will be a member of our HR Business line team specialized in either EUV, DUV or Applications. You will work alongside your HR colleagues and support them with their daily business (possibly next to your school assignment or project).
 

Key deliverables include, but are not limited to:

• Providing operational support to the HR Business Partners, line management and employees.

• Ensuring the HR Year calendar (talent & performance management, succession planning) is executed in a timely and quality way.

• Supporting in HR and/or business projects, for example about diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, or leadership development.

• All other daily activities in the field of HR which support and add value to the business.
   

This is an internship for 4 to 5 days a week (4 days onsite) with duration of minimum 6 months, but preferably 12. This internship can be extended to a thesis/graduation internship. The start date of this internship is as soon as possible.
 

Your profile

To be the perfect match for this internship, you:

• Are a (hbo or university) bachelor or master student with a background in Human Resources, Organization Studies, Business Administration or another related study area;

• Are an excellent international communicator and have well-developed analytical skills in combination with a very pragmatic and result-driven approach;

• Are a team player and not afraid to step out of your comfort zone.
   

Other requirements you need to meet

• You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;

• You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you ‘re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.

• If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
