Site HR Trainee - 12 month Internship

We are looking for:

• A trainee to be part of the Local HR team
• The selected candidate will report directly to the Site HR Manager and have the possibility to learn about the different areas of Human Resources

 

We count on you for: 

• A global interaction with around 250 employees present in 17 countries
• HR tasks in different areas such as Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Compensation and Benefits
• Learn different softwares such as the one for Invoice control & payment of the external HR vendors (SAP, PF1, SRM7, e-catalog) and training tools
• Management of some of the company benefits such as Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Lunch Allowance cards
• Improve internal procedures and innovate 
• Participation in projects such as SuccessFactors

You will bring:

• University degree in Human Resources Management or similar areas
• No previous experience needed
• Ability and openness to communicate and be innovative
• Fluent in English (multinational environment)
• Proficient with IT tools (Excel and Google)
• Team player, open-minded for a multicultural environment
• Very good interpersonal skills (you'll work directly with the entire organization including remotely with other countries)
• Flexibility to work with different teams
• High communication skills
• Autonomous, ready to take initiative and results oriented ability to follow- up and follow through with multiple tasks
• Ability to work with daily objectives
