Assistant, Production Men's

Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn
Status: Full-time/100% on-site
Compensation: $60,000-$65,000 annually

The Production Assistant will support the Men’s Apparel Production team. This person will play a critical part in ensuring timely, accurate, and quality execution of product from development through delivery. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to issue and update POs, create and update buy sheets in our ERP system to ensure data integrity.

• Assist with maintaining and updating the WIP: track all major deliverables such as sample approvals, fabric / trim approvals, PPS, and TOPs

• Manage bulk fabric and trims submissions - track, review against approved SMS fabric and/or lab dips for color and handfeel, send approval/comments

• Maintain bulk submit library

• Review QC inspection reports ensuring design intention and quality were executed and providing direction for factories to rectify any issues prior to shipment. 

• Aid with the care label layout approval process ; review and approve all UPC layouts

• Review weekly T&A reports from factories

• Support the team with ad hoc tasks as required, including fitting meeting preparations and data entry

Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in a related field of study preferred

• Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience preferred

• Prior Apparel experience is preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel

Skills:

• Familiar with ERP/PLM systems, data maintenance, and data entry
