HR Administrator

<p>We are looking for a passionate and motivated HR professional to join our People team as HR Administrator.</p><p>Based in our Madrid office, the HR admin will help with day to day People tasks, ad hoc events and projects.</p><p></p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Onboarding and offboarding of employees</li> <li>Liaise with People Ops Suppliers (Payslip providers, health insurance) </li> <li>Coordinate and take part in onboarding induction sessions</li> <li>Support sub teams within the PeopleOps team as well as other teams where necessary</li> <li>Create and maintain HR files with updates and changes</li> <li>Manage the HRIS for employees, ensuring that the relevant HR database is up-to-date, accurate, and complies with local legislation</li> <li>Compile reports as requested using our HRIS and Excel. </li> <li>Prepare ad hoc HR-related admin and respond to-day to-day requests related to HR issues</li> <li>Support the HR People Partners in relation to internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits and company policies</li> <li>Have a strong relationship with other stakeholders and employees. </li> <li>Supporting WPS: local events (beer Fridays, thematic events, summer, Christmas…), Office support, facilities, etc. </li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Basic payroll knowledge and experience</li> <li>Basic knowledge of Spanish Employment Law </li> <li>Tech savvy, comfortable using Microsoft Office/GSuite/Slack applications, in particular Excel or similar</li> <li>Fluent in English and Spanish (to be able to liaise with public Spanish Administration)</li> <li>Previous experience with similar roles will be considered an asset</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills</li> <li>Able to prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently</li> <li>Willingness to learn</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Great career development opportunities</li> <li>Hybrid working model</li> <li>International Health Insurance</li> <li>Health and Wellbeing Package (350 EUR per year)</li> <li>Birthday Day Off</li> <li>Me Time - 1 day off per year</li> <li>Lunches in the office for free</li> </ul>
