HR Generalist

We are now looking for a talent who will join SEB in Poland as HR Generalist! You will report to Head of HR in Poland and closely cooperate with HR Administration Team.  <h3>In this role you will:</h3> <ul> <li>Act as the primary point of contact for employees.</li><li>Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on HR regulations, policies, practices, and procedures.</li><li>Register employees' benefits (medical care, life insurance, sport card etc.). </li><li>Collaborate with the external payroll provider to manage employee data, ensure proper payroll input, and oversee HR administration.</li><li>Prepare, manage, and maintain employment contracts, civil law contracts, and related documentation.</li><li>Update regular HR reports.</li><li>Co-organize onboarding for our new employees.</li><li>Provide support for selected recruitment activities and contribute to the implementation of HR and Employer Branding initiatives.</li></ul> <h3>Our requirements:</h3> <ul> <li>Higher education degree.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Polish labour law.</li><li>Familiarity with payroll processes, social security regulations, and personal income tax, backed by prior experience or general knowledge.</li><li>Proficiency in English and fluent level of Polish.</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel).</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in HR Administration. </li><li>Interest in HR BP/ HR Advisor role in the future.</li><li>Flexibility &amp; openness to change.</li></ul>We are dedicated to create an inclusive, friendly, value-driven culture where employees feel appreciated, respected and involved.
