Summary

We are looking for a “Project Production Manager (f/m/d)” for the “Airborne Radar” department at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

In the “Airborne Radar” area, we integrate and test assemblies and radars. The aim is to ensure deliveries on time, in quality and within the calculated budget. Interfaces to the project and many, mainly internal suppliers are to be coordinated.

Your Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the production share of the projects to be supervised within the agreed budget, in the required quality and taking into account economic conditions

• Contact person for all production aspects as a member of the project team

• Planning, control and coordination of all work required to achieve objectives

• Assembling the production team in coordination with the service areas

• Initiating and carrying out acceptance tests with customers

• Incorporating production requirements into the development phases

• Creating, updating and approving the production concept

• Monitoring the production order and initiating measures in the event of deviations

• Carrying out the internal production kick-off meeting

• Carrying out internal production project reviews

• Project-related control and reporting

Your Profile

• Degree in industrial engineering, production engineering, electrical engineering, communications engineering or similar

• Additional qualification in business administration

• Several years of professional experience in production, development and / or the program area

• Very good knowledge of production processes, production control and planning

• Good knowledge of SAP R/3 and MS Office

• Decisiveness and analytical thinking skills

• Confident appearance and entrepreneurial thinking

• Initiative, ability to work independently and assertiveness

• Business fluent German and very good English skills
