About the role
<p>We are looking for a motivated student to support our Business Process Management (BPM) initiative in a global procurement function. The project involves reviewing and documenting existing processes, performing value stream mapping, and creating detailed process maps. You will work closely with our team to help streamline operations, improve efficiency, and establish clear workflows across departments.<br/><br/> </p>
<p>- Collaborate with various departments to gather information on existing processes.</p><p>- Conduct value stream mapping to identify areas of inefficiency and opportunities for improvement.</p><p>- Document workflows and create process maps using BPM tools (such as Visio, Lucidchart, or others).</p><p>- Assist in analyzing and redesigning processes for better performance.</p><p>- Present findings and recommendations to the team.</p><p>- Support in creating a process repository for easy access and continuous improvement.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Why Join Us:</strong></p><p>By joining Nokia for this opportunity, you'll have the chance to gain hands-on experience in both project- and process management. <p>- Excellent English language skills</p><p>- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.</p><p>- Basic understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) concepts and methodologies.</p><p>- Familiarity with process mapping techniques and tools (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts).</p><p>- Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.</p><p>- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p><p>- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</p><p>- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</p><p>- Experience with process mapping tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro (desirable but not mandatory).</p><p>- Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and departments.</p><p> </p><p>This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in BPM, learn about operational efficiency, and contribute to meaningful improvements in our organization.</p><p><br/><br/> </p>
