Since 2016, wohnungshelden has been ensuring that letting is as easy as possible for housing companies and home seekers. Under the umbrella of the Aareon Group, we offer digital solutions for large and small housing companies to digitalise their letting process, from giving notice, marketing on portals and organising viewing appointments to the signed tenancy agreement. Over 1,000 landlords find new tenants for more than 850,000 flats quickly and easily with us.

We are currently looking for a working student in Office Management for our team in Munich.

Your tasks:

• Support with hardware procurement and ordering for the office

• Planning and organizing team events and other internal events

• Management of the order process for beverages and office supplies

• Coordination and maintenance of office resources (e.g., office materials, furniture)

Your profile:

• You are a student in the field of business, management, business administration, or a related field
• You have strong communication and visualization skills, and are fluent in German and English
• Proficient in MS Office
• You are reliable, proactive, and enjoy working in a team environment
