Team  Collections Manager 

 

Department Relationship Banking Group-Recovery Common Cost Allocation - CV,CE & SA Location Mumbai, Nashik Number of Positions 3 Reporting Relationship Reporting to Location Collection Manager  Position Grade Deputy Manager (M2)/Manager (M3)

 

Job Role:

 

 

 

1. Taking day-to-day collection status as well as taking end status of the cash deposited collected on day with team size of  5- 7 FOS for CV ,LCV and TFE products
2. To handle all buckets from 0DPD to 270DPD
3. Managing regular collection, NPA collection and legal collection. 
4. To Ensure Quality portfolio.
5. To focus on improving Collections in the area assigned – individually and in a team.
6. To ensure adherence MOPP Norms. 
7. To adhere to the BANKS processes and procedures.
8. To adhere to Audit requirement.
9. To ensure Good Coordination between individuals in the Team and Branch in Particular.
10. Manage high ticket size delinquent/non delinquent accounts directly

Job Requirements:

 

1. Graduate/Post Graduate
2. Minimum 5 – 7 years of collections experience with secured and unsecured products – (Auto and commercial vehicle loans experience will be an advantage)
3. Team Handling experience of minimum 2 years
4. Excellent written & oral communication skills
5. High energy and drive
6. Hands-on experience of MS Office and Mail Management
7. Passion for Collection
8. Willing to Take challenges and responsibility
9. Should have the ability to convince the customer to pay on our terms and conditions
10. Maintain Cordial and Professional Relationship with all Customers.
11. To Ensure Customers interaction is as per the Norms laid out by the Organizations.
