This role is to execute the development and implementation of core technologies and operational processes for our new Health business.

Job Responsibilities

Health Insurance Technology Development:

• Execute the design, development, and deployment of core technologies to support business objectives.
• Integrate new technologies into existing systems and processes.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of technology solutions.

Health Operational Process Development:

• Implement efficient operational processes to enhance productivity and quality.
• Develop best-in-class Care pathways.
• Establish and monitor metrics and KPIs to improve operational performance.

Team Leadership:

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Provide mentorship and professional development for team members in Operations, technology and other functions.

Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager or Company’s management.

Job Accountability

This role demands a hands-on leader with a strong technical background and operational expertise in the Health Insurance industry to drive efficiency and innovation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technology development, process optimization, and team leadership.
