Overview of the role:
We are seeking a Director, Business Development to lead and scale our global strategic partnerships and growth initiatives. This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer and will drive strategic business development efforts across the entire spectrum of current and new vectors.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the programmatic ecosystem, data, audiences, and identity, as well as a proven track record of building high-impact partnerships. This is an Individual Contributor role.
The impact you’ll make:
- Lead global business development strategy, identifying and executing high-value partnerships that drive revenue and long-term growth
- Build and leverage a strong industry network to unlock new opportunities across the addressability ecosystem (data, identity, audiences)
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Leadership to align business development initiatives with company priorities
- Translate market opportunities into scalable partnership models and commercial agreements
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities
- Contribute to evolving the business development function and operating model as the company scales
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, data partnerships, and ecosystem shifts that can accelerate the company’s leadership in the addressability and identity space
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations with strategic partners, ensuring alignment across commercial, technical, and product priorities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape long-term growth strategy and expand the company’s global footprint through high-impact partnerships
The experience we need:
- 12-15 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic growth roles, with a strong track record of closing complex deals
