Part-Time Exterior Porter (Mon-Fri, 4PM - 8PM)

<p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p> <p>The ParkX Office Porter is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in an office environment. This role ensures that all office areas, including floors, desks, restrooms, kitchens, and meeting rooms. are properly cleaned and maintained, providing a professional and comfortable environment for employees, clients, and visitors. The position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work professionally and courteously with property staff, tenants, and visitors.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li data-start="645" data-end="748">Clean and maintain all office areas, including floors, desks, restrooms, kitchens, and meeting rooms.</li> <li>Empty trash and recycling bins regularly and dispose of waste appropriately.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Completes daily cleaning and janitorial tasks as assigned by the Senior Operations Manager, Janitorial.</li> <li>Reports to assigned location in the approved ParkX Porter uniform.</li> <li>Reports to assigned location before the start of the work shift.</li> <li>Ensures compliance with all safety regulations and cleaning standards.</li> <li>Exhibits a professional and courteous demeanor with all site visitors.</li> <li>Acknowledges, greets, and interacts professionally with property staff and guests, using appropriate protocols.</li> <li>Assists management teams with special cleaning or maintenance requests as needed.</li> <li>Always maintains a neat and orderly janitorial closet and storage areas, free of debris and hazards.</li> <li>Completes any required end-of-shift documentation and ensures proper transfer of responsibilities to the next shift.</li> <li>Monitors cleaning supply inventory and ensures safe and proper use of cleaning chemicals.</li> <li>Notifies management of any situation that may require their attention.</li> <li>Follows all cleaning schedules and checklists accurately.</li> <li>Understands and is compliant with cleaning procedures and schedules.</li> <li>Documents and reports any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or damages.</li> <li>Maintains a safe, clean, and neat work environment by following standards and procedures.</li> <li>Attends team meetings that impact janitorial operations.</li> <li>Completes maintenance or cleaning tasks according to the company's maintenance checklists.</li> <li>Fills in for coworkers during their absences.</li> <li>Promptly addresses and resolves cleanliness concerns in a first-class manner that is consistent with guidelines established by the ParkX Management Executive Team.</li>
