We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Manager /Senior consultant.

Your Impact

As a integral member of our department, you will: 

  • Lead workstreams and teams in finance transformation projects with a focus on Record to Report.

  • Lead workstreams and teams in large scale ERP implementation projects (Oracle Fusion Cloud/SAP S4 Hana)

  • Play a critical role in developing financial business processes, fast close projects and accounting improvement projects

  • Collaborate with other internal teams and clients to lead and contribute to finance and business transformation projects, including the optimization of accounting and financial reporting processes and the implementation of new accounting and financial reporting systems.

  • Assist clients with the design and optimization of their consolidation process and tool selection

About You

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in finance transformation projects.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and specific financial accounting software.

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.

  • Experience with ERP-systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dyn,...) and/or consolidation-EPM tools is (Sigma-Prophix, Tagetik, Oracle- Hyperion, IBM Apollo,...) is an asset

  • Proficiency in Dutch , in addition to English, is required.
