IT Manager

<p><strong>Mellon Technologies</strong> on behalf of a leading company in the Banking Sector is looking to add an <strong>IT Manager</strong> to become part of their dynamic team.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Manage and mentor teams comprised of both internal and external IT professionals.</li> <li>To be involved in the design, development, and maintenance of numerous critical systems within the company.</li> <li>Accountable for making suggestions for improvements and taking personal initiative in adapting to change.</li> <li>Engaging with stakeholders from various divisions and departments.</li> <li>Work using agile methodologies in collaboration with internal teams to ensure road maps are achieved within agreed time frames.</li> <li>Systems issue management and solution.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Working experience and <strong>knowledge of Insurance systems.</strong> </li> <li>At least 5-7 years working experience as a <strong>Java Developer.</strong> </li> <li>Experience designing, building, and testing Java applications.</li> <li>Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.</li> <li>Proven problem-solving skills, ability to communicate clearly, and collaborate with team members.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.</li> <li>Excellent proficiency in Greek and English.</li> <li> <strong>Knowledge/experience in</strong> .NET, Informatica, SQL,  Reporting Services.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Competitive remuneration package.</li> <li>Dynamic working environment.</li> <li>Medical insurance plan.</li> </ul>
